FAQs

Is this offer only suitable for amputees?

Not at all. Adaptations will be made available to anyone who needs them, but this offer is open to everyone.

How many spaces are there?

There are 15 spaces available. I want to make sure I offer a great service to a small group rather than an average service to 100 people.

When does the cart open and close?

For anyone on the waiting list, the cart opens on the 27th April. The cart will open to the general public on the 1st May before closing on the 8th May.

What happens after 8 weeks?

You have the option to sign up with me long-term, which of course would be bloody fantastic, but there is absolutely no obligation to do so. The main thing is that after 8 weeks, you feel healthier, more confident and have a host of information and tools to take forward.

Does the app cost extra?

Nope. You get access to everything with just one payment. There are no hidden costs.

When will the coaching start?

The first call will be on Saturday 9th May where we will run through how everything works. Your will be given the weekend to fill in the necessary questionnaires, have some time to familiarise yourself with the app, ask me any questions you have before everything kicks off on Monday 11th May.

When are the group weekly coaching calls?

The weekly group coaching calls take place every Saturday 11am - 11.30am.

What happens if I miss a coaching call?

Don’t fret. I will send out a recording of each call via email.

How do check-ins work?

I will do 1-1 check-ins with each of you every week. The weekend before the coaching starts, you will select a check-in time that best suits you.
